90-day money-back guarantee

How It Works states a 90-day money-back guarantee. You may request that return within 90 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging with the accessories that shipped with it. Installed, altered, or unsanitary items cannot be resold and are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong model, or does not work, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and the packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund that item, and we will cover the reasonable return shipping when the problem is ours.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges from the original order are refunded only when we shipped the wrong item or a damaged item. A return that you start for another reason is shipped at your expense, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
